Standard Service: All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class post or Parcel Post (For heavier items) unless you, the customer, specifies otherwise. In the case of very heavy packages, a single consignment may be split into several packages to comply with the Royal Mail maximum weight limits, or will be sent by Courier service at our discretion. You may check the progress of your order at any time using www.royalmail.co.uk/trackandtrace
IT To Go cannot be held responsible for the cost of return postage for cancelled or returned orders unless goods are damaged in transit (On the outward journey).
Stock Levels
The stock level for all our products is indicated in a Red Box on each product info page. Whilst we endeavour to keep these accurate and up-to-date these indications are intended as a guide only. Stock levels fluctuate from minute to minute as orders are placed by customers.
Whilst we endeavour to make as many products as possible available from stock, some items are sourced from our suppliers on a Just-In-Time basis. These items are usually available from stock at our suppliers warehouse and are usually delivered to you, the customer well within the 7-10 working days specified.
