Terms And Conditions

1. General
1.1. These Conditions shall supersede all earlier conditions of IT To Go.
1.2. These conditions shall take precedence over any conditions of the Customer and shall not be varied without the written consent of a director of IT To Go.

2. Services
2.1. All services include a minimum call out charge of 1hr labour dependant on service ordered.
2.2 All software installed by our staff must have original CD and licence key, any copy disks will be destroyed, as using copy disk is illegal.

3. Prices and Ordering

3.1. The price payable by the Customer will be the price current at the date of the order.
3.2. Reservation of Products does not constitute an order and is not binding on either party.
3.3. IT To Go reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any point.
3.4 Delivery is strictly to UK Mainland Only.


4. Payment
4.1. Personal Cheque and BACS Payments. If paying via cheque please allow 3-5 working days for your payment to clear.
(Payment Must Have Cleared Before Goods Or Services Are Dispatched)
4.2. If cheques are returned unpaid or insufficient funds, any charges will be payable by the client. And not IT To Go.
4.3. Major credit cards accepted. (Service Available Through Paypal)
PLEASE NOTE: You do need to have a PayPal account to use this service. There is a 4% surcharge added to the final cost of your purchase.

5. Delivery
5.2. The following rules must be used for any problems with products supplied by IT To Go via delivery.
- if a Product is damaged, within 12 hours of delivery; and
- if a Products has been lost or is short, within 24 hours of delivery.
No claim for loss or damage will be allowed if the Customer claims outside the above time limit.
5.3. If payment is made by credit or debit card, delivery will be made to the statement address of the cardholder only.
5.4 Delivery is strictly to UK Mainland Only.

6. Guarantee / Warranty
6.1. Warranties are usually specific to individual products - please see the documentation that was supplied with your product or invoice.
6.2. A Product covered by a direct warranty from the manufacturer is not covered by any other guarantee. The Customer will receive a warranty direct from the manufacturer and should claim under this warranty.
6.3. The Customer should return the Product in its original packaging to IT To Go. Prior authorization must be obtained for any returns by contacting IT To Go and obtaining written authorisation to return.
6.4. If any item is returned which is found not to be faulty by our technicians, then a £30 testing fee, plus carriage costs, will be made and must be received before items can be returned.
6.5. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. IT To Go accepts liability for any private property loss or damage, death or personal injury caused directly by the negligence or deliberate misconduct of IT To Go or its employees.
7.2. IT To Go shall not be liable for any financial or data loss consequential indirect or other losses suffered by the customer or any third party whether such loss arises in contract or tort or in any other way.

8. Uncontrollable Events and Delays
8.1. In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of IT To Go or its suppliers, IT To Go shall have the right to either suspend delivery or to cancel the contract without liability.
8.2. Examples of Uncontrollable Events are (by way of example and not limited to) strike, lockout, riot, revolution, war, epidemic, working difficulties, transportation difficulties, fire, and failure of suppliers or official regulations.

9. Customers Obligations

9.1. You are responsible for your own choice of Product and the suitability for any particular purpose. You must ensure that any Products are compatible.
9.2. You must provide reasonable courtesy information and co-operation to IT To Go staff always.

10. Title and Risk
10.1. Until full payment has been received by IT To Go for all Products whatsoever, supplied at any time by IT To Go to the Customer: -
10.1.1. Property of the Products shall remain in IT To Go;
10.1.2. The Customer shall store the Products in such a way that they can be readily identified as being the property of IT To Go, and at all times in accordance with IT To Go recommendations.

11. Miscellaneous
11.1. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the rest are unaffected.
