Update Notice 19/07/21


After chatting with several clients last week who have been worried about the changes, although restrictions are easing from today, due to cases rising locally and the number of people isolating, we have decided to continue working from the table at the door and follow some social distancing measures and using masks within the shop and at onsite visits. As we really want everyone to feel safe, we do hope you will respect and support this decision. We will monitor the situation and re assess the measures in September.

With the current ongoing COVID-19 situation all repairs could take at least 2 weeks, as you can appreciate we are starting to lift all lockdown restrictions however, we are currently only working from a table at the door, so please check our website for any changes to our opening hours before visiting as if any team member or their family presents with symptoms we may have to isolate for around 10 days and close.

We will endeavor to keep to our next day repairs where possible, in 98% of our jobs but wanted to ensure clients understand the situation for everyone’s safety.

Thanks for the understanding, by leaving your machine you are agreeing to this as unfortunately if anyone in the team did get the said virus there would be NO collection on equipment until it was safe for us and you as customers under any circumstances.

Our current opening hours are as follows:

Monday – 9.15am to 4.15pm
Tuesday – CLOSED
Wednesday – 9.15am to 4.15pm
Thursday – CLOSED
Friday – 9.15am to 4.15pm
Saturday – 9.15am to 12.15pm
Sunday – CLOSED
Bank Holidays – CLOSED

We also wanted to advise customers that we have had to change many things to follow Government Guidelines and are incredibly proud of the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our team and customers. We take the matter very seriously, therefore we have implemented the measures below:

1. We will be working from a table outside the shop for the time being so when you arrive please ring the doorbell for assistance.
2. Hand sanitiser will be available.
3. Please bring an umbrella as we will be unable to let anyone into the shop.
4. Please ensure when queuing outside the shop, you follow social distancing rules, and remain two metres apart from staff and customers.
5. Daily cleaning of the shop and counters will now be taking place.
6. PLEASE NOTE there will be no toilet facilities under any circumstances.
7. Face masks or a Face shield for those who are exempt, are encouraged to be worn for the duration of your visit.

We are on limited hours, but for people isolating can provide, video calls, phone calls and remote support, please ask a member of the team for the best options for you.

If you or anyone in your family have/recently had the virus or are isolating and are due a drop-off, or are awaiting a visit from us/are visiting/ collection from our shop. Please inform us ASAP on 07719 660777 before your appointment or visit.
