We are currently offering a no contact collection and drop off service to all customers.

To take advantage of this service please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us by phone, email or live chat, to arrange a collection time and date.
2. We will then arrive at the designated time and collect your item/s.
3. After evaluation we can then call you with a cost and time scale for the repair.
4. If you accept the item will then be repaired.
5. You will then able to pay by card over the phone, bacs, or via PayPal.
5. Once repaired and invoice paid we will contact you again to arrange a drop off time and date.
6. Your item/s will then be returned to you complete and ready to go 🙂

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are considered the vulnerable category from the recent COVID-19 outbreak we can also sanitise your device and wear gloves throughout to minimise the risk of contamination.
