At IT To Go – Computer Services we not only sell EPOS equipment we are also able to repair, re-programme and service all tills and EPOS equipment plus there peripherals.
Hopefully the fault with your till won’t be a complex one and in this instance we may even be able to assist you over the phone. If we cannot fix the fault over the phone then our engineers are able to repair your tills on site or from our workshop. If we repair your till on site then there may be a call out charge, this will depend on your location. If you’re till repair can’t be done on site we can provide you with a complimentary loan machine whilst our engineers work on your cash register. We are happy to accept equipment sent via courier or delivered in person. Labour is charged at an hourly rate, you will receive a full quotation before any work is carried out.
We keep a wide range of parts in stock to ensure we get your till back to you as soon as possible. If your till requires a part we don’t have in stock or a part that is difficult to obtain we will endeavour to source this part as quickly as possible. In the meantime you are welcome to continue to use the complimentary loan machine.
We offer a programming service so if you have a cash register that needs programming or if you would like any changes made to your existing program then please contact us with the make and model of your cash register and we will be happy to assist.
